Every new client embarks on their journey with a complimentary orientation lesson. This initial session serves as a platform for us to collaborate and establish your goals. The orientation comprises three key components: an introduction to the martial arts, an interactive "get to know each other" segment, and a comprehensive review of your objectives, along with any specific requirements you may have.
At Abilities Martial Arts Therapy, we distinguish ourselves from traditional martial arts schools by offering a unique approach to scheduling. Our focus is solely on small group or private sessions, which grants us the flexibility to accommodate your needs. Lessons are available throughout the week, from Monday to Sunday, spanning from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Please note that specific time slots are contingent upon availability.
